i have been using the ulster bank event booking service for more than 2 years now
in the last few months i have found the service has deteroriated ...
1. the actual booking takes about twice as long being transfered twice always and being put on hold
2. venues which previously i had been able to collect tickets on the door etc now have started using ticketmaster ie i am being charged to have the tickets via registered post to me they having already been sent registered post from ticketmaster to ulsterbank eg i booked tickets for a gig in limk city only 5 miles from me with all the extra charges after my supposed 25% discount the 15 euro tickets came in at 14 euro ! the u first service costs 9 euro a month
are other people browned off with the service .... why on earth cant they negotiate with ticketmaster so that the tickets could be booked by ufirst visa and delivered to my address .... this is often the way with internet bookings is it not ??????
