UB Mortgage

My home mortgage is with UB and I'm thinking of selling with about 200k left over after mortgage cleared.I have a few investment properties (previously with UB) currently transferred to Cerberus in negative equity. What I was wondering if I sold my home could Cerberus put a stop on the funds I get from my home.
