Ok their customer service is not the quickest

Yet I ordered a Wireless router from them 5th August and I think Brian the Snail is delivering it as I still aint got it :mad:

It would be easier to deliver the head of John the Baptist then for them to deliver this!!!

Rang them and say it should be with you soon Why dont I just pick a number and wait in line I said..........they did not get this..
Bloody useless but oh no they debited my Cc not so slow in that!!

It arrived yesterday and guess what it does not work!!!

I am going to turn green....

They have to replace it

Bought it from them as I have BB with them so in case anything bellied up re configuration etc I would have support.... the words Johnny Hinsight spring into mind

Buying from Komplett not sure about support etc
