Two bed apt in Raheen area Limerick - yield etc

Hi guys
I know this is an older thread but it still seems very relevant, as I am looking at the exact same issue at the moment.

Thinking of buying a 2 bed apartment in the Raheen area. I feel if I got a property for <€100,000 it would make sense yield-wise.

Any estates I should maybe look at in particular - have been focusing on the area near church road and up to fortfields.

Sorry aj maybe i phrased my question badly the property would be for my PPR - I just mentioned the yield to give context of the price in the market if that makes sense. It would not be for an investment at all.

I think the best thing is for you to post a rephrased new question in the apprpriate subforum. LLL or Mortgages. Dont mention rental yield unless you want it moved to Property Investment.
