Turn Key Solution for Timber Frame Construction in North West?

I'm looking for recommendations for tyrn key solution for Timber Frame Suppliers in the North West.

To be clear I'm looking to see if there is a one stop shop that will build a timber framed house on a cast in situ slab with rendered external block walls on a site in Donegal.

This is not live now, but may come live next year and my previous investigations yielded local builders in block and timber frame people who could deliver, but no-one who would do both.
