Hello
My employment has just been taken over with all contracts being TUPE'd across with my new employers is there a stated amount of time before we can be transferred to their contract ?
Also my actual position ( and not just mine) is now being offered as a vacancy on the local Jobcentre site , how can they possibly do this when the position is not vacant ?
