Tupe and changing my shifts

Hello, 1st ever post here.


I'll cut to the chase.


I work as a Security supervisor for a contract security company, we do the security on a clients site,

I work Monday to Fridays days only.

their are two security officers who work nights and weekends

in the new year we tupe over to the new company.

the two officers want a rolling rota were we all work a combinaton of days and nights.

I do not want too.

I suspect they have convinced the clients site manager to get the new company to impose a rolling rota upon me, I do not want that.

can they force it?

Is your rota detailed in your contract? It will be hard for them to change your contractual terms without agreement.
