Tuition & Registration Fees Tax reclaim

I am completing my 2012 firm 11 on-line now.

I am having difficulty with the tuition fees and registration fees part.

I am a part time student with Fees of €5100 in 2012
Son 1 Registration fees €2250
Son 2 Registration fees €2250

I should be entitled to relief on €5100 less €1125 at 20% = €795
There should be tax relief on student contribution of second son.

Yet when I calculate my return on Line- it gives me nothing??

I even upped my fee to €51,000 to see what would happen and I still get nothing?

Any Ideas?
