Trying to contact Tyneside pensions from Ireland

I missed two phone calls from pensions in tyneside and they left a number which won't ring. Has anyone got the number and code for ringing from Dublin please.
 
Have called this number 0044 191 218 7777 numerous times but get put on hold every time and then it cuts off after a minute. Very frustrating . Is there any another way to contact them

Yes, The International Pension Center web page lists 0044 191 218 7777 to call them but is disconnected after 1 minute. I got this txt message last week and am not sure if its a scam.

The number is legit although it's a bit odd to say we won't contact you again but then send another text. But I presume that's simply a mistake.
