I totally agree. Ever since they "became" Truvo, service has been appalling. As you say, they don't return my calls, messages or emails until they feel like it. My invoice was up by nearly 25% on the previous year - a staggering increase in this economic climate - and yet they have the nerve to make you opt out of, rather than into, replacing the advert. I'm seriously considering cancelling next year - I'll still have my name in there, just not boxed. They're taking us all for eejits.
