Hi

I applied for this online about 2 months ago. My first mortgage payment was taken from my account last week (Oct 4th)

I still haven't received a TRS refund back to my account. How long does this normally take?? Who do I follow up with if it doesn't come through??

As we are a couple, we applied for TRS seperately but on the same date and online. Will we both get refunded together??
