TRS - wrong loan account number

I am trying to apply for my TRS online but everytime I enter my loan account number it is saying it is invalid. The number I am entering is an 8 digit number that appears on the statement of my mortgage as my Ulster Bank ACCOUNT NUMBER. Could any one enlighten me as to what I am doing wrong. I have rang Ulster Bank and they said this IS my account number so I am at a loss really :mad:
 
You may have to include your sort code + account number. That's what I have to do for my NIB account.
 
They may be asking you for a three digit lender code - if so enter 106 (for Ulster Bank) & then your loan account number.
