Hi there, I am wondering if someone can clarify whether I am entitled to the 30% trs. I was a ftb in 06, then moved house in 07, so no longer ftb. It is very unclear from different websites I have looked at as to whether you must still be residing in the ftb residence during this period to avail of the 30% relief.
Today I received a letter from Perm TSB outlining changes in my trs and my mortgage payment is now 8 euro dearer than it was last month. Can anyone understand this? Because I can't. Was really banking on my repayments going down a few quid, definitely not up.
