TRS on drawdowns ...

Guys,
We drew down the 1st amount for a stage payment on our selfbuild house on 12th Sept ... We applied for TRS couple of weeks before that ... I rang the lender today to see if the revenue had given them my details but they had got nothing ... They said it could take around 10 weeks ...
Just wondering if when they do get it, will it be backdated to 12th Sept ?

In short, yes

The TRS is applied from the date of drawdown. So if you get it processed before the end of the year, the difference is applied to your entitlement until the end of the year.
