TRS Has Not Been Added To All Mortgage Accounts

I remortgaged my home (small amounts) three times over a short period. The mortgage on the main house is very small so I had know problem remortgaging.

I recently applied for TRS to be applied to all four loans. Tax relief was applied to the main house very quickly.

I have since learned that the bank has not yet applied TRS to the remortgages and have instead decided to apply tax relief to them one at a time instead of all at once. I'm assuming next month TRS will be applied to one of them and the following thereafter.

I've also applied for a TRS refund for years past and I was told by the Revenue that they cannot issue same as they have not received my file back from bank.

Is the above normal procedure?
 
It seems some banks are very tardy in sending information to the revenue.

I am still waiting to have TRS restored to an eligible mortgage that was stopped from December 31 last. It is absolutely pointless ringing them. They have all the details but simply have not recommenced payment.
 
Pointless indeed. I bet the Revenue are sick and tired hearing my voice. I've called them umpteen times to see have they received anything from bank but each time it's a no.

What are the contents of this famous file that the banks don't seem to want to hand over in a hurry?
