TRS administration question

Hi
We are in the second year of our mortage so due 25% TRS. When I add up our TRS for the year it matches the number on the TRS Cert but this number is slightly less than 25% albeit theres a small difference.

Is there an adminsiration charge for the TRS charged by the bank. Just wondering where this small difference went? Obviously id rather it be in my account than the banks if it is indeed due to me
 
no bank takes or makes an administration charge for handling of trs.

trs is a percentage of the ceiling or interest charged to the account, whichever is lower.
it also depends on when your bank applies the interest to your account so it may use interest charged from october to september, or november to october or december to november or january to december, this may cause fluctuations but not much.
