Have you looked at the trouble shooting section of the owners manual if you haven't got it then what about the website?

Just recently had a similar problem with a T80i.

If you take off the cover, check and see if the power is going into the thermostat unit. It should be on the LHS near the top. It fits into the heating element. If there is power going in but no power coming out, then the thermostat is gone. It's a fairly common problem that is easy to fix. The replacement part is only around 15 - 20 euro.

If your not sure about doing this then get triton to come out and service it. Obviously you need the power switched on so be careful and don't electrocute yourself.
