Travel insurance for Florida. Confused as to what is best

So, first time to the US and currently looking for travel insurance for 2 adults and 2 teens.

With the US being the nightmare in terms of medical costs I want to ensure we have the correct cover. There appears to be a vast amount of policies and providers online.

I am confused as to what to get in terms of cover. We already have VHI medical insurance. Does this cover any medical costs first or the travel insurance, or both?
