the bank where you hold funds abroad has online banking facilities and you have online access
and
you have a bank account here with online banking facilities and access
then
you can initiate an IBAN transfer from your account abroad to your account here.
If that won't work, write to the bank abroad requesting them to courier you a crossed bank draft / cashier's cheque made payable to you and lodge it here.
Or call in to your local bank here and ask them the most painless way to transfer funds.
