Transferring contacts from nokia to i phone 4

Hey. Got the i phone 4 today. I copied all my contacts, pics etc to nokia ovi suite. However how do i transfer these to the i phone. Think I need to get them all into outlook and sync that way. But how do I do that? Going mad, so any help appreciated!

In the PC Suite Syncronise settings you should be able to select Outlook. I think there have been a couple of issues and you may have to create a new sync for it, but seems to be straightforward.

Then in iTunes, you just sync the iphone with outlook and it should be that simple.
