Transfering pension

Hi Folks

Does anyone know how I can transfer my AIB prsa to an Eagle Star prsa. Both Standard Prsa (at 0% and 1% for the ES prsa in case anyone wants to know). If i have exceeded my exit clause option or cooling off period do i loose much?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You are able to transfer these without any penalty.
