Hi,
I live abroad and have a small PRSA (transferred from a personal pension - 6 months ago). I wish to transfer to an flexible overseas pension product which will allow me to cash-in my contributions (I understand there will be penalties).
Has anyone successfully achieved this before and if so, can somebody advise me on the transfer and subsequent cash-in?
