Long shot here but is it possible for a person to transfer their ARF or part of it to their spouse whilst both alive ?
The thinking would be that the original holder could continue to work well in to their late 60s and pay tax on salary , whilst the spouse draws a monthly income from the
ARF with a reduced tax bill. Probably not allowed but said I’d throw it up here anyway. Thanks in advance.
