Wrong forum transfer 086 sim numbers to Vodafone billpay

Hi,

I have an O2 pre-pay phone and also a vodafone billpay phone. What is the easier way of transferring my phone numbers from the O2 prepay phone to the vodafone billpay phone. Both phones are nokia phones.
