Would appreciate any advice/comments on this unusual situation:

Wife
Resident in Ireland; commuting to France 3/4 times a month where working part-time as stewardess; income paid in France and fully taxed in France (social security and compulsory health insurance also paid in France); assessed for tax as single earner in France (no married relief); this - only income declared in France

Husband
Resident and working in Ireland and paying income tax in Ireland; assessed jointly (married relief) but only on husbands income in Ireland; no declaration of wife's French income or tax (much less than husband's income)

Should the wife's French income and French tax be declared in Ireland?
Should the husband's income be declared in France?
Note - main family residence (with children) in Ireland

Any comments or observations would be appreciated?

Many Thanks in advance
