Hi,

Was wondering if anyone knows how to initiate a registered property transfer to children. It has a low value, so should not be subject to cap acq tax. I assume it is carried out under Transfer of Registered Land, but can anyone advice which part ?

Talk to your solicitor. As far as I am aware land cannot be transferred to <18's & it should be held in trust until they are 18.
