A combination of the following:
- Luas now crosses Belgard road
- Right hand turning lane temporarily gone at Newlands cross
- too many traffic lights
- new retail complex opened, B&Q, Burger king etc (without proper provision for infrastucture)
- too many people using the road. This is because of new estates and apartments opening in the vacinity.
- Kids back at school
It's only going to get worse! Oh, and they put a GATSO van on this road???
