Trading up in Bishopstown/Wilton Cork

FIrst time poster so forgive any errors. I am currently living in Wilton and looking to move to something bigger in the general area, I had gone sale agreed on a house in Stratton pines but there were structural issues. I saw two houses in FIrgrove one for €575k no offers the other has an offer of €600k any comments. Also feel that the houses for sale in the area are starting to slow down though I havent noticed any price drops.There also seem to be issues with subsidence in the area any comments

Hold off a month or two - things are definately slowing down. My own family home is in Bishopstown. Wouldn't live there. Full of students.Traffic near hawkes road is desperate in the morning even ith the new link road gone in.
