I have a case coming up with the Labour Relations Comissioner about my ex exemployer.
I worked in a company for a few years and know that there were alot of unhappy emplyees who left because the boss was a pig and never paid people properly. Now I had their phone numbers and they told me if I ever needed their help against the boss, they would act as witnesses and do up statements if I needed them. Will I lost my fecking mobile with there numbers in it awhile back.
My question is can I put an ad in the local paper looking for ex employees of company x to get in touch with me.
Hi Clubman thanks for your quick reply, to be honest I wasn't sure. I just wanted to be certain, as I dont want to get anything wrong with this upcoming hearing
Na Im not worried about that as anything I give to the Labour Relations court is forwarded onto him. And I have informed him that, I have lodge compalints with the LR and he is to expect a letter shorthly with a hearing day.
Nothing wrong with putting the ad in the paper. Might be worthwhile getting onto your mobile operator as they have ways of getting numbers back from lost phones.
Apple, have you kept the phone bills from your phone? If you still have them, and they list numbers called, you might be able to track down a couple of people.
