Have an existing tracker mortgage and was hoping someone might know if I was to trade up what are the options regards keeping the tracker or are you forced to take out a new mortgage at current rates?
It's unlikely that any bank would offer you a tracker on a new mortgage - esp at the type of rate you/we may have gotten previously. It would be a new mortgage at existing (PPR & LTV) rates.
