Torch on felt

Can anyone recommend a company that does torch on felt. Recently had a disaster where a guy said he would replace the torch on felt, but only painted over it with a rubber based paint and charged €3000 for it - the guy is my neighbour where I currently live - the house where I want the torch on felt is in Dublin. Thanks.
 
hi, i can reccomend a guy to carry out the work, a specialist for 30yrs but not cheap if you want his contact details pm me

The man I recommend is Kevin 0876950081 he recently stripped off a roof and replaced the felt for €1200 for a 20' x 10' roof.
 
Hi elainem, I better warn you this guy is very busy, and I mean very busy, so if you want it done fast you'd best get someone else.
