Hi,
My parents helped me with my deposit for my apt (30k). All in cost 310. I'm paying 279 approx. My dad wants to give my younger sister same opp so asked if I could release this amount, plus 2 for interest hes accrued. I'd like to therefore release some equity. Apt has been valued at 450 - 500k, so should be easy enough to do? I'd like to also get 10 - 15k for myself for personal apt stuff etc. So looking for top-up to bring it to 320 - 325.
How easy is this to get? What type of repayments could I expect on this? Want to have it around the 1000 - 1200 mark. Whats the best mortgage to amend it too, for this amount. (Fixed, Variable, Tracker, Interest Only.)
May also want to sell next year to buy a house etc. will this have any impact on asking for top-up?
