Hi I am looking for a loan, and wondering two things before I proceed.Would I get a top up type loan and could or would they speed the process up if approved. I am in full time employment and have got and paid off all of my last four loans. So my credit rateing is good.I have been with the same bank for 18 years or so and in the same job for 8 years. I am looking for about 7k befour the xmas.I have 4k left on my last loan of 8k.I am a bit nervous as have been refused by Rabo.
my last loan took 3 weeks to secure. I am hopeing I could have it processed well befour the xmas .We have a house on the market at the moment would that make any difference.
.I have never missed a loan repayment.
I must ad I dont own the house but would be gifted money from the sale..
I am hopeing they could speed up the process.
