I would appreciate some opinions on the following. My Aunt & Uncle are selling their house and land asking price 300k. The holding is small (30acres ) as is the two bed house it's located in a very islated spot in the West .
The land would really only be suitable for forestry. I am considering buying it with a view to planting the land and letting the house. A friend has informed me that at a max only 20 acres are suitable for planting.
My question is if I got it for 250k is ita worthwhile investment?
