Can anyone clear up what the Title Deeds consist of, and why it takes so long to process, Does the land registry have to be with the Title Deeds?
I bought my house over a year ago, (cash buy) but have not yet received the Deeds, I am now selling and the solicitor say there is no problem to sell.
Is this OK
I know the land registry can be a little slow.
