timeframe for med 1 submission

Hi,
I assume I submit the med 1 in 2010 for expenses in 2009.
Can I do this anytime in 2010.

Its just that afriends mother rang up revenue about this and they said she had to wait til march? Can ye see any reason for this.

They will need your pay details for the year. Your company as until mid feb to return this, hence why you were told to wait until march.
If you get your P60 before this, you could then submit that along with your claim instead.
