We have just seen a house we're interested in. We have 50% of the asking price as deposit and both in fulltime permanent employment. We have one house which we will keep as an investment and rent will cover the mortgage on it. Does loan approval take more or less time depending on individual circumstances? Our combined income is c. 135k.
