timberframe insulation

hi, new poster here so ill throw dis out to c how it goes. Building a timberframed house at moment on site (stick built). I will have an 8inch stud wall with aqua panel boards externally NO BLOCK!!! I am wondering has anyone some advise (that the ordinary joe soap can understand) on celulose insulation as apose to the conventional ridgid and wool versions? Does it sag once installed and create voids? Any help would be appreciated.
