Ticketmaster - wrong date booked online!

I booked a couple a tickets with Ticketmaster and then noticed that I'd selected the wrong date. Feel like a complete fool! :eek:

I know the T & C states no refunds, exchanges etc. I'm waiting to hear back from them as to whether they will change the dates (not too hopeful) but I was wondering if anyone has any luck in a case like this.
 
It's very unlikely that they will accomodate you. Try posting on buyandsell.net and/or adverts.ie for a swap.
 
Just got a reply from Ticketmaster. They have refunded my booking and I can rebook, very happy:)
