Three Mobile cut off my ability to phone or text last January due to a direct debit problem...i.e. No fund to meet it.
I have since paid 200euros, which was my arrears (left 50euros owed...but they are still billing me a monthly fee because I'm still in contract...even though I havent had use of the phone or used it since January!)
Am i liable for this....I am unemployed, broke, had to move out of and rent out my house because I couldnt afford the mortgage, etc.
A debt collection guy has sent a postcard saying is will visit on a certain day!
They have sent me numerous letters telling me I need to pay 300euros to end the contract.
Already have terrible credit rating..... What can they do?
