I am just wondering what people think of three mobile customer service. Here is my issue:
Purchased replacement phone in August (On best of both contract but had to buy new phone because my phone was stolen in Vietnam). Last month while in the middle of a text message my phone just died and wouldn't come on. Brought it the three shop and I was asked to bring the phone back with the orginal box and receipt. Lucky I had kept these due to my travel insurance claim. Anyway, brought all that was I asked for to shop and the broken phone. Told cant give me a replacement because i bought it in August and it must sent off for repair. Told it would be fixed in five working days. After five days no phone call received to say it was better, visited shop on tenth day and was told I am be given a new phone the next day. Went back the next day and given new phone and a letter stating all I have to do is "Pop my Sim Card in". Decided to this in the store before leaving and the phone was still not working. Was then told phone need to sent off for repair again! They had no "loan" handsets to give me and I would have to buy one and get a refund when my old phone was repaired. At this stage I am ten/eleven days without phone , so i buy a new phone! Five days later get phone call stating phone is fixed. Arrive in shop yesterday , try sim card and the phone is still not working. Get refund for phone i bought and told broken phone is to be sent off again!
Where do I stand in all this and is three customer service always this bad?
