Hi All,

Is there any way to maintain ideal room temperature with instant electric heaters? With the weather fluctuations its really hard to put baby to sleep. The room is getting very warmer or colder. Can we install a thermostat for electric heaters?

Thanks,
Techie

Need a bit more information.
Is the heater already in place?
What make and model?

The easiest, and cheapest, way, in my opinion is to buy one of the lidl or Aldi heaters. They are around €50, have a thermostat, two heat settings and an optional fan, and built in timer. They are ideal to heat one room.
They are also instant, and electric. If they don't have them at the moment, then any of the hardware stores should have something similar.

I run convector heaters to keep up the temperature overnight in a badly insulated extension. They cost from €25 to 50ish, have inbuilt thermostat so only come on when needed. There's not a numerical thermostat to set, I just let them settle at a comfortable background temperature.
