I have just had a few communication with my gas and electricity provider. While my contract for Dual fuel expired in early March as per the end-of-contract letter I received, my discount on the gas ended a few days before. I had provided a couple of readings. I noticed and questioned the issue and was told that my discount expired before the end of the contract. Did anyone notice this before?
