Tesco CC introductory rate

I have been in contact with Tesco Personal Finance who explained that at the time the cost survey was being prepared an introductory offer of 0% for 9 months on balance transfers and purchases was available. (The final page of our survey notes that the information was correct at 14 August 2006.) However, since 18 September 2006 this period has been changed to 6 months as advertised on the Tesco website.
