We are migrating to Australia next month. I have a health insurance which is valid till July 2016. Can I cancel the insurance before the expiry date?

Would be best inform the company first. Depending on their cancellation terms, the OP could accrue charges/ admin fees for refused debits. Also, if the OP has paid for the year up front, they may be entitled to a partial refund.
