Templeogue restaurants "Cassia Chinese" and "Reeves Carvery"

I haven't been over Templeogue way for a while but I was searching for Chinese restaurants online and saw there had been one listed called Cassia Chinese over The Morgue in Templeogue, but I gather it went out of business or moved on, or whatever. Now I see in Google Street View that the Morgue has a restaurant upstairs, Reeves Restaurant (a carvery), where Cassia used to be.

My question is: Are or were Cassia and Reeves independent businesses of The Morgue, renting business space from the pub, or were they part of The Morgue's own business (owner Tony Lawless)?

I suppose I'm wondering if the fall off in pub business liberated the drinking space upstairs over the pub, and did Lawless open two different restaurants himself, one after the other, or did he lease the dead space to others? The Morgue used to be always a bustling place but, like so many others, it has become relatively much quieter nowadays, for all the reasons we're familiar with.

I used to drink in The Morgue before there was any smell of Chinese food around the place!

Carvery... ***shudder***

The carvery in The Morgue (and in its sister pub The Eden) is fantastic, and Reeves isn't a carvery. My understanding is that they're franchised (and have been for many years with the same people).
