Telescopic towel rails?

I'm really not sure if this is the correct description, but I have a space beside my sink in my new kitchen that I'd love to put a towel rail in. I've seen telescopic towel rails i.e. rails that pull out length ways, somewhere over there years. Does anyone recognise my description and if so where could I get them?
