Has any one any experience with teeth whitening from your dentist which involves getting the moulds of your teeth and some bleach and putting it on every night at home for two weeks? Dentist told me that teeth would get very sensitive after 2 or 3 days but that it is normal... Thats fine but he never said anything about the gums getting sore... I find it very sore to brush them... Is this normal does anyone know?
