My wife is teaching in special ed, she has a Marches Consotium PGCE in Education thru Gloustershire University. With this PGCE, does she qualify for any of the teachers allowances identified on the INTO website, specifically the H Dip in Ed? She has submitted the same question to the INTO, still waiting on a response from them.
