Taxation of Canadian ETFs.

Can anyone tell me about taxation of Canadian ETF dividends ( domiciled in Canada) , for an Irish tax payer. Is there a dividend witholding ( similar to the 15% taken from US dividends.
I assume any witholding would bè allowed to set agains final Irish tax liability.

You declare gross dividends on tax form and they give you a "double taxation" relief which as far as I know is about 10%
